The department structure and its tasks

The capacity is 50 beds ( 20-for all surgical patients, 20- for purulent-septic patients, 10-for patients with urological diseases). The surgical department consists of operational block with two operational halls. There are dressing rooms, treatment rooms and cystoscopic offices. The dressing room of the admission department, where the help to emergency patients is carried out is equipped with anesthetic apparatus. Different kinds of surgeries on rendering all surgical and urological help are performed by specialists of the department.

More than 1000 surgeries a year  are carried out

Modern methods of treatment are used:

• Minimally invasive (laparoscopic) surgery;
• Surgery of the short-term staying patients («one day surgery»);
• Extracorporeal detoxication ( plasmapheresis  exchange, multifiltration);
• Immunotherapy;
• Hyperbaric oxygen therapy;

1. Ensuring the high quality, round-the clock surgical help to patients with emergency pathology of abdominal organs

   • The abdominal wall ruptures
   • Stomach and duodenum  ulcers
   • Benign stomach
   • large intestine and soft tissues neoplasms.
   • Prostate adenoma

Varicocele and other including minimally invasive laparoscopy and endoscopy;

3. Conservative and operational treatment of other surgical diseases
   • Obliterating atherosclerosis of vessels
   • Postphlebetic syndrome
